About the role
As Crypto.comâs Growth Marketing Lead for APAC, you will be responsible for planning and managing the key growth marketing campaigns for the region. By working closely with our central Growth teams on areas like User Acquisition, CRM Programs, as well as cross functional teams distributed in different markets, you will ensure that we are delivering the most appealing campaigns to meet overall business goals and objectives. You will also be responsible for producing and delivering the most appropriate creative assets that are localized for your campaigns and regions.
Responsibilities:
- Establish, execute and manage the growth campaigns for different markets across APAC region.
- Monitor and deliver the campaign performance and key metrics to ensure that they meet the business goals and objectives.
- Work closely with the central growth teams (User Acquisition, Creative Development, etc.) and external agencies to project manage the initiatives.
- Monitor and capture the market trend in a timely manner to ensure the appealingness of the campaigns and initiatives
- Join a global team of regional growth functions to ensure learnings, tactics, insights etc. are shared across markets.
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience working in growth, digital marketing or media platforms; familiar with growth key metrics and user acquisition initiatives.
- Experience of working with creative and ads agencies to deliver projects and assets.
- Excellent project management skills and multi-cultural working experience
- Ability to speak and write in English fluently
- Deep regional understanding of APAC markets
Preferred qualifications
- Proven record of executing complex marketing campaigns across regions and teams.
- Experience involving cross functional teams and stakeholders to align and execute on common goals (both internal and external)
- People management experience
- High self-awareness, with the ability to adapt to different levels and backgrounds within the organization
- Ability to work effectively and autonomously in a distributed team environment spanning time zones and geographies.
