KOL & Affiliates Manager (MENA)
Responsibilities:
- Main Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders/Influencers/YouTubers) to expand our affiliate network.
- Handle negotiations, onboarding processes, and any necessary paperwork to ensure smooth integration of new affiliates.
- Maintain consistent and effective communication with affiliates to build strong relationships.
- Analyze affiliate performance data and provide actionable recommendations to enhance their effectiveness.
- Develop and implement promotional campaigns with a strong focus on maximizing ROI.
- Build reports using internal data to track and optimize the overall performance of the affiliate channel.
- Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging KOLs to stay ahead in the market.
- Supplementary Responsibilities:
- Act as primary POC on the regional team to identify and act on backlink building, content strategy, messaging, and partnership opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to our website.
- Interact with external vendors to build backlinks to our website and implement our link building strategy.
- Keep track of Binance’s backlink profile to maintain healthy links.
- Research and understand the crypto ecosystem, find new link opportunities by using the latest search techniques and conducting competitor backlink analysis.
- Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headers, URLs, and content, to improve search engine visibility.
- Develop and execute ASO strategies and competitor analysis to improve app store rankings and increase downloads for our mobile applications.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and global SEO teams to ensure SEO and ASO best practices are implemented across all digital assets.
Requirements:
- Experience in managing affiliate and/or community programs, preferably in the fintech space, ideally in the crypto space.
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and the broader fintech landscape.
- A business development background is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and manage a diverse community.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience as an SEO and ASO Specialist or similar role is a plus.
- Experience in working with media, celebrities, key partners, or influencers.
- Fluency in Arabic & English is required to effectively coordinate with partners and stakeholders.
