About the opportunity:
We are looking for an Affiliate Ops Manager who can join us along this mission and vision. You’ll become an integral part of the Business Development team, which is spread out over all time zones, with a directive to manage client relationships with WOO, build client relationships and determine where to expand to ensure clients' needs are met and revenue growth is obtained. The team handles 2C, 2B and broker relationships and works closely with the Product and Ecosystem to ensure that relevant feedback is worked into the underlying products. Interested? Keep on reading!
What you’ll be working on:
Affiliate Account Management
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with affiliates brought in by the BD team.
- Supporting affiliates in improving their performance and helping them achieve better results.
- Ensuring affiliates meet their agreed deliverables and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Attending conferences and events to foster relationships and stay connected with clients.
Affiliate Operations
- Assisting the Head of Affiliate Growth with managing affiliate payments.
- Tracking and documenting affiliate performance, including return on investment (ROI).
- Supporting day-to-day operations, such as handling affiliate upgrades and general administrative tasks.
Affiliate Marketing
- Developing and implementing affiliate marketing campaigns to drive growth and engagement.

About you:
- Solid experience in affiliate marketing or account management.
- In-depth knowledge of the cryptocurrency and blockchain space, including key players, trends, and technologies.
- Strong grasp of affiliate marketing metrics, KPIs, and ROI analysis.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed, performance-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with managing affiliate payment processes and tracking performance.
- Excellent communication skills, with a talent for building and maintaining strong relationships.
