What to expect

You will work directly with the leadership team on a daily basis. You will have the opportunity to wear many hats, and to take full ownership of developing a dynamic digital community within the company.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage our online presence - website, social media, and digital outlets
• Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video, or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
• Work closely with the marketing team to drive growth and assist in the implementation of social campaigns that align with upcoming product launches and other company initiatives
• Respond to timely discussions and questions on social media and design shareable, creative campaigns for regular tweets and posts.
• Communicate and respond to community requests and questions
• Track community sentiment and provide actionable reports and recommendations
• Enforce strict community rules, identify and remove bots
  
  

Requirements

• Proven working experience in community management
• Ability to grow and develop digital communities
• Proven experience leading and growing communities on Discord, Twitter, Reddit, etc
• Demonstrable analytics tools knowledge and understanding of community growth KPIs and metrics
