You will have direct contact and dialogue with top leadership, investors, and Stakeholders of the company and will travel at least once a month, US or internationally. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for heavy calendar management of our CEO. You will collaborate with interior and exterior members, across multiple internal and exterior teams and take an active role to support their success. You will also get the opportunity to work on various ad-hoc projects, including the coordination of team conferences and events.
To be successful in this role, you will be easily adaptable and exercise good judgment and discretion. You will have the ability to work within a fast-paced environment, where you will show initiative and be resourceful. You will have strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to multi-task and have excellent attention to detail as you proactively anticipate the needs of the executives and the teams that you support.
To be considered for this role you will have had at least 1-3 years at a corporate setup supporting C-Level executives.
What you will do:
- Provide administrative support to the CEO and team.
- Manage all materials and communication regarding the Board of Directors.
- Manage calendars, attend meetings, take minutes/notes, coordinate emails.
- Prioritize conflicting needs: handle matters expeditiously and proactively, and follow through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
- Prepare presentation materials, perform administrative tasks, and coordinate meetings.
- Assist with company events, e.g. Crypto events, product launches, and other activities.
- Help build and maintain the Neonworld websites and products (Neonworld Website and Game, Neon NFT, Neonverse Gaming Product).
- Create and edit documents, and organize and work with the database.
- Support the Development Team as needed.
- Work on special projects and assist with other duties as required.
