The University Recruiter will help build and execute Ripple’s strategy for hiring the best emerging talent from Universities around the world. You’ll be responsible for hiring students for Ripple’s Intern Program and new graduates for roles on technical and non-technical teams.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the full cycle recruiting process for technical and non-technical roles, building candidate pipelines, setting interview panels, sourcing and interviewing candidates
  • Source and identify candidates while tracking data using tools like Gem and Greenhouse
  • Build Intern programming, events and partner with hiring managers on project plans
  • Work with cross-functional department leads to create a path to convert interns to full-time hires
  • Create and foster relationships with universities, UBRI faculty, bootcamps and coding academies
  • Manage and coordinate internal and on-campus recruiting events, info sessions, career fairs, hackathons
  • Create confluence content, resources and documentation to help hiring teams prepare their entry-level talent

What we’re looking for:

  • 3-5+ years of experience recruiting for university talent, preferably in the enterprise technology space
  • Experience recruiting, screening and closing interns and new graduates
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • You’re extremely organized with high attention to detail
  • You’re a relationship builder, you’ve built relationships with universities, academic departments, student organizations
  • You’re adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with recruiting tools like Greenhouse, Handshake, Gem, Canvas (preferred)
  • Host internal and external events (in-person/ virtual) to build brand awareness across campuses
  • Willingness to own other programs or ad-hoc projects, as needed
  • Comfortable with travel
  • Bonus points: Experience building D&I initiatives
  • Interest in crypto or fintech space (a plus)
