As a key member of the Global Wholesale team, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and success of our wholesale business. You will report & collaborate closely with the Global Head of Wholesale to drive strategic initiatives, manage financial planning and analysis, and lead the Sales Administration team. Your contributions will be essential in maintaining our market leadership position and ensuring operational excellence.

Your mission

    • Business & Planning Management:
    • Collaborate with the Global Head of Wholesale to develop, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial trackers.
    • Contribute to the development and management of the global wholesale sales forecast, incorporating insights from various sources.
    • Partner with Key Account Managers to track and analyze the P&L of major accounts, identifying opportunities for improvement.
    • Lead the effort to revamp the collection and analysis of sell-out data and inventory information.
    • Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels at partner locations.
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance communication, reporting, and overall operational efficiency.

    • Sales Administration team management :

    • Provide leadership and guidance to the Sales Administration team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
    • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve sales administration processes

    • Stay up to date on the latest industry news and key actors 

What we're looking for

    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Proven ability to drive results and influence stakeholders.
    • Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis tools.
    • Experience in business analysis, financial planning, or sales operations.
    • Fluency in English.
    • Deep understanding of and passion for the cryptocurrency industry. You must be knowledgeable about key concepts, trends, and players in this space.
