Your Mission

As a vital member of Compliance Operations, your role will involve balancing the delivery of an exceptional onboarding experience with ensuring robust compliance, while also mitigating any regulatory and fraud risks. Being a domain owner, you will constantly seek improvements in the workflow and detect any technical issues that might affect the onboarding flow.

What You’ll Do

• Conducting the second line of defence (2LoD) on B2C clients, delivering feedback to outsourced providers, remediating detected issues, and preparing internal reports.
• Onboarding B2B clients in accordance with the regulatory requirements of the UK and Austria.
• Performing Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) on high-risk customers, including verifying their address, country of residence, and other aspects of their identity.
• Managing KYC-related projects, such as integrating new service providers, expanding into new countries, or onboarding new partners.
• Participate in the ongoing automation of workflows and documentation of processes.

Who You Are

• Prior work experience in a fintech company, specifically within the Compliance, Fraud Prevention, or Customer Due Diligence departments, is required.
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain.
• A keen interest in process automation, reducing manual work, Business Process Management Systems (BPMS), and Process Design and Documentation (PDD).
• Knowledge of SQL and AI-related tools is highly desirable.
• Available to work on Saturdays and Sundays.
