• Cheap horizontal scalability is what made the success of the Internet as we know it. Web3 applications will not become mainstream if users experience poor quality of service (say, higher latency or greater fees) during peak hours.
• Blockchain users understand the risk of trusting a centralized system with their assets and opinion leaders will continue to advocate for strong decentralization.
• Recent awareness on scalability issues (e.g. with the success of Solana) will be followed by increasing awareness on fairness issues (e.g. cross-chain MEV).

You will be a great fit for this role if you:

• Have experience in web3 community management
• Are interested in blockchain protocols and technology
• Enjoy spending time online building relationships among community members and spreading good vibes
• Are very warm and welcoming by nature
• Enjoy memes and meme-culture
• Are interested in supporting the culture and growth of Linera
• Are very active on Discord, Telegram, and Twitter in your daily life
• Have experience with social credit / XP / gamification of community participation

• Help support the culture and growth of Linera by welcoming new members, encouraging participation, and making Linera a fun place to be
• Ensure the safety of all member by removing scam accounts 
• Educate the community about Linera by answering questions and pointing people to the appropriate resources
• Lead community building activities and conversations
• Help facilitate participation gamification and meme creation to grow the community
