About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated, independent, passionate editorial content manager to join our Brand Marketing Team. The team is remote working friendly.
As an editorial content manager, you will take a crucial role in the Brand Team to coordinate and drive content creation and production. We are looking for a content manager who has a deep understanding of Crypto industry. This role will be crucial to help to connect with Crypto serious and also newbies, and drive the elevation of the brand.
Responsibilities
- Go to person on the branded editorial content creation.
- Manage the production process from brief to completion for the editorial content.
- Responsible for the whole editorial content process from planning the calendar, scheduling, assigning, to publishing.
- Work closely with the content strategists to create the content according to a bigger strategy. Work with content writers and designers to create the content efficiently.
- Communicate and coordinate requirements with internal teams. Work with internal teams on the calendar mapping, scheduling, approval and publishing.
- Plan and project resources needed for the contents.. Manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
- Brief, manage and communicate with creative team and third party vendors / partners
- Follow and enhance the content creation workflow
- Track content progress milestones to ensure timely delivery.
- Work with strategist, and analyst closely to evolve the strategy, adjustments, and progress over the time.
- Maintain project documentation and file management.
- Bachelor's degree in advertising, media, business, or a related field
- 5+ years of project management and related experience
- Able to work independently to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools (e.g Asana), and best practices
- Basic understanding on Crypto Industry
- Understanding on the design and creative works and correspondingly workflow.
- Experience in various multimedia forms content creation, from short video, AMA to podcast, is a plus
- Ability to interact with research team, creative, technical and non-technical teammates.
- Strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and be able to manage conflicting requirements from different stakeholders
