This is a career-defining opportunity to be a part of a fast-growing tech company that is successfully implementing a key piece of the world’s blockchain infrastructure that will power the digital agreements of the future.

As our Global Head of Inside Sales and Business Development Reps (BDRs), this person will utilize their skills to help Chainlink Labs build the world’s best BDR organization. This person will help our GTM organization define success metrics, organizational design, compensation plans, and manage the Global Team of BDRs. They will be responsible for BDR strategy, compensation, and enablement for a global high-performing BDR team.

This role will be a part of our Global Sales Leadership Team and will work closely with our Global Sales Leadership and Sales Operations Leadership.

What does a sales in web3 do?

As a sales in the field of web3, the individual would be responsible for selling web3 products and services to clients

This would involve identifying potential clients, building relationships with them, and presenting the benefits of the web3 products and services in a way that is compelling and relevant to the client's needs

The salesperson would also be responsible for negotiating contracts and pricing with clients, as well as providing support and guidance throughout the sales process

Additionally, the salesperson may be involved in developing sales strategies and tactics, and tracking and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Overall, the main responsibility of a salesperson in the web3 field is to drive sales and revenue for the company.
