- Management of trade life cycles for our clients within our platform
- Provide real-time support to Paradigm clients across various channels of direct communication (chat, video calls, email, etc.) during coverage hours
- Educate clients on product features/workflows and answer any technical-related questions
- Monitor platform activity to proactively reach out to clients to provide any necessary assistance, ensuring they have a smooth trade process
- Identify and best remediate any issues affecting clients
- Show the highest level of professionalism both internally and externally
- Provide exceptional white-glove service to our highest priority clients
- 3+ years of working experience on an institutional sales or trading desk with derivatives experience (FX, Fixed Income, Equities, etc)
- Fluency in Mandarin and English.Exceptional communication skills to provide coverage and service a wide range of clients via multiple channels of communication (direct chats, video calls, email)
- Eagerness to help clients and assist in their trading workflows on Paradigm
