- Develop and optimize arbitrage trading strategies while conducting deep research on market microstructures and hedging logic.
- Participate in post-trade analysis to understand execution outcomes and continuously improve trading systems.
- Work on asset management system optimization, ensuring efficient asset allocation across exchanges.
- Focus on long-term research and strategic improvements, contributing your alternative views to enhance system performance.
- Analyze historical data to find inefficiencies, optimize signal parameters, and improve risk management strategies.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with algorithmic trading systems.
- Market making and crypto experience is a plus.
- Experience developing simple predictive models and utilizing Python and statistics for research and optimization.
- Knowledge of risk management, hedging, and arbitrage.
- Python skills are a must (Rust is a nice bonus, but not mandatory).
- Ability to read and understand code.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with experience working with large datasets.
- Excellent English skills.
- Willingness to work in hybrid setup with on-site presence in Riga (preference will be to candidates in Latvia or wiling to relocate).
