- Work cross-functionally with leadership teams to ensure that commercial strategies are effectively executed and align with our broader company vision

- At least 5+ years of experience in high-performing environments such as consulting, investment banking, venture capital or as an operator at a tech scale-up
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate independently within strategic guardrails
- Strong strategic and quantitative skills, capable of analyzing market trends and financial data to optimize commercial outcomes
- Proven deal-making experience, including structuring, negotiating, and executing complex commercial agreements
- Strong commercial acumen, with an understanding of how commercial decisions impact and sit in context of the broader business strategy
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with executives, investors, and external partners
