Key Responsibilities:Â
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain high-level executive relationships with key stakeholders in prominent organizations.
- Public relation: Represent company to perform presentations in online/ offline events and participate in panels to share insight.
- Strategic Partnerships: Take charge of significant partner relationships and strategic ecosystem initiatives, from development through to execution.
- Business Development: Spearhead the ideation and implementation of new programs, resources, and capabilities to unlock new business opportunities and achieve overarching company goals (OKRs).
- Partnership Strategy: Formulate innovative partnership strategies that leverage Nubit assets and harness partner assets to fuel business expansion.
- Team Culture: Foster a team ethos rooted in integrity, collaboration, customer-centricity, data-driven decision-making, fast-paced operations, and a positive outlook.
Qualifications:Â
- Language Proficiency: Proficient in English, native speaker and with a preference for candidates who are based in Europe, Eastern Europe, Central asia and etc.
- Industry Expertise: Extensive knowledge of the Web3 landscape, with a minimum of two years of professional experience in the field, preferably including leadership in a token launch initiative.
- Network and Resources: Access to a robust network including Access to exceptional VCs/products/developer communities/KOLs resources.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with diverse stakeholders, and not afraid of hustling and knocking on new doors.
- Strategic Thinking: The candidate is expected to have the intellectual capacity to prepare and deliver strategy presentations, investment memos, modeling, and analysis on key emerging trends, showcasing intellectual depth.
- Team Collaboration: A collaborative spirit, excelling in both team and individual settings, with strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, and the agility to navigate uncertain situations while working across diverse teams.
