BreederDAO is seeking an Operations Strategy Analyst with a strong quantitative proficiency to join our team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for the crypto industry and web3 technology, capable of conducting rigorous research and analysis to support our product development and investment decisions. The candidate will also be expected to analyze mechanics of various Web3 projects, metaverses, and games to determine strategies to generate yield and provide actionable insights in managing our exposures.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on various web3 technologies, decentralized applications, cryptocurrency projects, metaverses, and blockchain games
- Develop and maintain quantitative models and analytical tools to develop, measure, and evaluate strategies to manage investment exposures and generate yield for the operations fund
- Cross-functional collaboration with various teams in the company to identify market trends, user needs, and provide insights for potential product improvements
- Work closely with the operations team to conduct due diligence on potential investments, and make investment recommendations based on your analysis
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, developments, and news, and provide regular reports and presentations to the team
- Other tasks may be assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- Preferably 1-2 years of relevant experience in research and analysis, preferably in the crypto or financial industry
- Strong understanding of web3 technologies, blockchain technology, blockchain games, and decentralized applications
- Experience with data analysis, statistics, and modeling, and proficiency in Excel or similar tools
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Passion for the crypto industry and a strong desire to learn and grow with the company
