We are currently looking for a skilled Technical Analyst for an Swiss Fintech company. 

Our client is one of the world’s first licensed crypto banks, providing a seamless, secure, and user-friendly bridge between digital and traditional assets. The bank serves a range of clients, including professional investors, corporations, family offices, and institutions.

With a full banking license, the organization is at the forefront of regulated digital finance, offering services such as asset custody, trading, and the buying and selling of digital assets. It combines the reliability of traditional banking with the innovation of blockchain-based finance.

As a Tech Analyst, you will be integrated into the client’s internal team and work within a cross-functional environment, collaborating with product managers, developers, designers, and other stakeholders to shape solutions that meet both regulatory and business needs.


Requirements:

  • FinTech domain experience (understanding of digital banking processes and user flows);

  • Solid understanding of system integration concepts (API, message queues, data flows);

  • Practical experience with RESTful APIs, FIX API protocol including reading and interpreting specifications, testing endpoints, and understanding data formats like JSON and XML. Hands-on with tools like Postman, Insomnium, and Swagger/OpenAPI;

  • SQL and database analysis: ability to query databases and analyze data sets, validate backend logic, and support developers and testers with data-driven insights;

  • Capability of reading and understanding system architecture diagrams and technical solution designs to assess feasibility, identify integration points, and support technical discussions;

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills;

  • Proven ability to work within diverse delivery teams (cross-functional collaboration);

  • Knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem: Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines), Microsoft Authenticator, and other tools within the Microsoft 365 environment used for development and access control workflows;

  • Upper-Intermediate+ level of English.


Responsibilities:

  • Validate design feasibility with all existing system integrations; 

  • Work closely with stakeholders to define and analyze needs and solutions;

  • Ensure all specifications align with integration requirements and maintain data accuracy;

  • Analyze existing systems and document technical feasibility, data flows, and dependencies;

  • Support end-to-end testing by verifying request/response structures and ensuring data accuracy;

  • Coordinate updates and changes to system logic and integration flows across teams;

  • Drive alignment by maintaining clear documentation, facilitating discussions, and following up on dependencies;

  • Participate in backlog grooming, defining upcoming release scopes.
