Probably Something is hiring a Curation Lead to review and publish content directly to users about how to utilize the digital assets they own.

The Lifeboat Curation Team processes information across hundreds of Web3 collections and communities and drafts tasks that highlight opportunities for claims, events, and perks offered by Web3 projects. Tasks are pushed to users on Lifeboat where they can choose how to best interact with their NFTs and communities.

Tasks are typically concise (<100 words) and encapsulate an actionable task or product update. Although individual NFT projects have varying cadence of communication, Lifeboat Curation Team has 24/7 coverage and publishes tasks throughout the day.

Responsibilities:

• Revise and approve content drafted by Curation Team members for publication directly to users.
• Review text for readability and agreement with >
• Research within the scope of the task to confirm sources, dates, and facts.
• Provide written feedback directly to content authors.
• Review primary source data and flag to Curation Team for task drafting.
• Track, report, and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across a team of ~6 analysts including summarizing performance and providing feedback to analysts.
• Collaborate to develop and scale the Curation Team by establishing additional processes, understanding metrics, and surfacing opportunities for improvements.

Preferred qualifications:

• Familiarity with copy-editing, including previous experience publishing content. Leads must display a strong grasp of English language and ability to effectively synthesize content from multiple sources, write, and review content.
• Familiarity with Web3 projects and communities, or desire to learn more. Particularly, awareness surrounding the nuances of NFT interactions such as mints, airdrops, claims, staking, or token-gated experiences
• Familiarity with tooling to enable collaboration across remote teams, including but not limited to: Airtable, Notion, Discord, Twitter, Slack
• Experience tracking and reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and managing teams of remote analysts.
