  • HOURLY RANGE: Our client is looking to pay $60 – $90/hr
  • ESTIMATED DURATION: 40hr/week - Long-term.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Marketing leadership roles
  • Experience in cryptocurrency, blockchain, sports, large consumer brand, or technology space
  • Experience working on sports marketing, crypto marketing and some technical communications (content, announcements, etc.)
  • Experience working in an early-stage environment to find product-market fit
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across the organization
  • Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals for the team
  • Extreme attention to details, proactive and collaborative
  • Ability to identify the needs, desires and pain points of priority audiences and use those to drive overall marketing and communications strategy

Nice to Have

  • Managed greater than 10 people
  • Ability to create an environment of internal growth
  • Experience setting and hitting OKRs

What You'll Do

  • Drive the strategy and execution of all marketing efforts
  • Partner with the leadership team to develop a go-to-market strategy
  • Partner with Sales to execute inbound/outbound marketing strategies
  • Partner with Product team to communicate vision
  • Contribute to helping build materials/collateral
  • Develop social media strategy and content
  • Develop and manage a yearly budget
  • Create & execute a staffing plan
  • Weekly reporting of progress from the marketing department
