The Role

The Human Resources Director is responsible for leading and completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the HR department. The responsibilities entail everything from leading in the development of policies, ensuring legal compliance, to onboarding/offboarding employees. 

The ideal candidate will produce a positive work environment and develop a strong, cohesive company culture.
