They are seeking an Advisory Lead to develop & grow the business through this transformation & growth phase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build an advisory structure with scalable processes

• Provide strategic investment advice tailored to business goals, risk tolerance, and market conditions

• Stay ahead of crypto market trends, blockchain developments, and emerging investment opportunities

• Build and manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of engagement and trust

• Analyze digital asset portfolios and recommend allocation strategies based on market conditions

• Educate clients on blockchain technology, DeFi, NFTs, and tokenomics to enhance their investment decisions

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop new investment products and strategies

Qualifications & Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in investment advising, portfolio management, or crypto trading

• Demonstrated leadership capability

• Strong knowledge of blockchain, DeFi, digital assets, and financial markets

• Ability to analyze risk and market data to develop sound investment strategies

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
