About the Role

As a strategic account manager, you will drive process improvement and enhance the client experience by ensuring smooth payroll and HR onboarding. Operating in the fast-paced stablecoin and crypto ecosystem, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to refine operations, incorporate customer feedback, and optimize global employment processes.

Key Responsibilities

    • Client & Contributor Onboarding
    • Guide clients through HRIS and payroll setup, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
    • Support employees and contractors through onboarding, payroll setup, and benefits enrollment.

    • Process Improvement & Customer Feedback
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
    • Collaborate with sales, legal, finance, and token operations to optimize workflows.
    • Provide feedback on product enhancements and operational challenges.

    • Payroll & Compliance Support
    • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple jurisdictions.
    • Advise on global payroll regulations, benefits, and compliance requirements in the crypto and Web3 space.

    • Customer Success & Retention
    • Build strong client relationships and provide ongoing support.
    • Conduct regular check-ins and proactively address client needs.

Who You Are

    • 5+ years in customer success, HR, payroll, or compliance, ideally in a startup or global employment setting.
    • Strong understanding of HRIS platforms, payroll processing, and compliance.
    • Proven ability to identify and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent project management and communication skills.
    • Comfortable working in the crypto, stablecoin, or Web3 ecosystem.
    • Experience with multi-country payroll is a plus.
