Account Executive – B2B SaaS

Be part of the global focused team taking our trade solutions to global markets. You’ll have the freedom to find new opportunities, make connections, and close big deals. You’ll be helping clients change how they do things and work on projects that are new and challenging because they’re big and complex. Overview:

  • You've been selling to retailers for a while, so you can use your experience and connections to help spread the word about Trustana’s SaaS PIM and trade solutions, which can improve clients' sales efficiencies.
  • You should know the retail sector inside out, and be familiar with different SaaS systems like PIM, POS, and ERP. It's important that you have contacts in areas like FMCG, fashion, cosmetics, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your extensive network within the retail industry to identify potential leads and opportunities for Trustana’s solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategies to penetrate the retail market, focusing on understanding retail trends and dynamics.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop materials and strategies that resonate with the retail audience and the people you approach.
  • Provide feedback to the product team on market demands and customer needs to drive product improvements.

Qualifications:

  • An established and strong network within the retail industry.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, consultative sales, or a similar role within the retail sector selling technical solutions.
  • A deep understanding of the retail industry, particularly in FMCG, apparel/fashion, beauty/cosmetics, etc.
  • You have the ability to discuss the customer’s work flows, processes, and highlight areas of potential improvement.
  • Knowledge of PIM, data management, and e-commerce .
