What You’ll Be Doing:
- Responsible for OKX cefi account ( user center ) system globally, independently complete overall product planning and roadmaps, organize work streams and milestones, and reach goals.
- Responsible for conception, design, development and delivery of our in-house security product and system.
- Ensure oversight and review of all End to End Risk Framework deliverables.
- Work in close coordination with all teams to identify, advise and escalate material product risks region by region.
- With the mindset of becoming the pioneer and leader in the industry, having the ability to research industry gameplay in-depth, discover user needs and detect market opportunities
What We Look For In You:
- Candidates will be self-motivated, client focused and high energy level individual
- Experienced professional in user center/account services and risk management experience in the ecommerce/crypto/finance industry.
- Ability to navigate across global and cross-functional teams.
- Working experience in well-known Internet/cryptocurrency companies such as Facebook, Amazon, Airbnb, Coinbase, etc.
- A master of identifying and solving ambiguous problems to drive customer and business value, excellent empathy and business-oriented thinking model, able to define and solve key problems
- A "Driver" mindset. You are biased toward action, a great collaborator, and constantly pushing toward clarity and delivery
- Proficient in both English & Mandarin would be highly preferred as a working language for cross functional collaborations
