About the Team
Our Trading Product Group leads the design of all the products on OKX's derivatives trading exchange, including spot trading, spot margin, futures, leveraged tokens, trading options etc.
We seek a senior trading product manager to join the Trading Experience team. The successful candidate will manage the development and delivery of our product, including defining and executing product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our product meets the needs of traders in onboarding and Spot & Derivatives trading experience.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Conduct competitor analysis, user research and market research, identifying the pain points and needs of traders with staying informed of the overall market landscape for the onboarding and trading experience.
- Define and deliver product roadmap, feature prioritization, and go-to-market strategies to empower traders with a seamless trading experience.
- Define and analyze product performance metrics to guide product development.
- Drive the entire product development process from research, and design to launching, collaborate with designers, UX researchers and engineers to develop detailed product specifications and drive global product launches.
What We Look For In You:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, computer science, or related field
- Solid years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services or trading technology
- Experience with agile product development methodologies
- Data-driven and user-centric mindset with problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficient in English language, Chinese Language is an added bonus but not a requirement (to work cross functionally with the tech team).

- Familiarity with blockchain and cryptocurrency exchanges
- Leading internet or cryptocurrency company experience
