EigenLabs is the initial developer of EigenLayer, which provides shared security as a service for blockchain projects, such as rollups, bridges and Dapps. In today's blockchain ecosystem, each service is required to be secured by its own token. The difficulty of bootstrapping new tokens often leads to too little capital to secure their services sufficiently. With EigenLayer, blockchain services can rely on Ethereum for security instead of their own token values. Stakers in the Ethereum proof-of-stake network can "re-stake" their assets with EigenLayer to secure other services and earn higher returns. These strong security guarantees, making it possible for anyone to build innovative blockchain projects without large upfront capital raises.

About the Role

The Executive Assistant to the CEO at EigenLabs plays a pivotal role in supporting the growth and success of our growing startup. This position involves managing and prioritizing the CEO's commitments and schedule, coordinating internal and external meetings, and overseeing travel arrangements. The Executive Assistant will serve as the communication liaison between the CEO and stakeholders, ensuring seamless and effective interactions. Additionally, the role could extend to office management responsibilities for our Seattle office, including coordinating day-to-day operations and facilitating a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of supporting C-level executives, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

This full-time position is based out of our office located in Seattle, WA.

In this role, you will:

• Prioritize based on the CEO’s commitments and all other activities and commitments of the Leadership team.
• Own the administrative functions for the CEO: calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reports, coordinating speaking events, interviews, events and conferences, etc.
• Serve as the liaison between internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate Board meetings: schedule, venue, logistics, etc.
• Coordinate material prep for use in meetings, conferences, speaking engagements, etc.
• Appropriately safeguard and handle confidential or proprietary information.
• Be on-call at company events: Board meetings, annual offsite, holiday party, etc.
• Complete assigned special projects and ensure high quality deliverables within established timeframes.
• Compile data, reports, presentations, etc. in a professional and timely manner.
• Make EigenLabs better for your co-workers.

What you will bring:

• 5+ years experience supporting VP and C-level leadership in an Executive Assistant role, or other relevant experience.
• 3+ years experience with calendar management, travel coordination, expense reports, maintaining schedules, planning and coordinating events.
• Experience working in tech startup environments, ideally within the crypto/blockchain space.
• Exceptional written and oral communication, planning, time management and organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
• Strong Google Mail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets skills. Comfortable using communication tools/Social Media like Telegram, Twitter/X, Discord, etc.
• Terrific work ethic with a positive, get-it-done attitude.
• Flexibility and adaptability to confidently take on one-off requests.
• Poised, articulate, responsive, and professional.
• Experience working in or passionate about the Crypto/Blockchain space.
• Previous experience in office management is a plus.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Dependent on leveling, $180k-$270k is the annual base salary.
