What you’ll be doing
- You’ll be actively involved in the entire product development lifecycle together with the product lead. From brainstorming ideas to evaluating product success using data and customer feedback.
- Supporting the team in building blazing fast, data-rich and high security services that ensure billions of dollars in crypto are transacted safe and compliant every month
- Creating opportunities for engineers to thrive and succeed through 1:1s
- Helping to develop and implement cross-team engineering processes and best-practices
- Working closely with other Technical Leads and departments to coordinate feature releases and roadmaps
- Being responsible and accountable for setting and tracking team metrics
What you bring to Notabene
- 12+ years working in engineering with at least 4 years in a position of leadership (hiring, coaching, and mentoring team members)
- Practical experience working with ReactJS, Node.JS, Postgres, OpenAPI
- Strong English communication skills
- Practical experience working in a fully-remote team (our team is North America, South America, Europe and Asia)
- You’re an empathic leader, not just a technical manager, definitely no micro-manager.
- Some familiarity with DevOps tools such as GitLab CI, Terraform, AWS, Docker or similar is a bonus
- Curiosity and passion to constantly learn new things
