The Aave Companies are looking for a Defi Integrations Business Development Manager to assist developers and innovators with integrations. Defi is a fast-paced and continuously evolving space, requiring someone who has relevant experience and an existing network in the space.


Responsibilities:

  • Building and nurturing relationships with Defi ecosystem stakeholders
  • Assisting with the education of governance processes with protocol integrators
  • Providing insights into growth of the ecosystem by understanding emerging industry trends
  • Inspire growth, excitement, and education about our product within the ecosystem

  • 2+ years of working experience
  • Strong background in Defi, whether as an operator, researcher or business developer
  • Deep understanding of the Aave Protocol including current and potential integrations
  • Excellent communicator, with the ability to distil complex topics and processes in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Technical background is a plus
  • Flexible working with office based in Central London (W11)
