Letâs go!   Your mission As Creative Director â Social Media, you will lead the creative transformation of Bitpandaâs social media presence across all major platforms. Your mission: build a social ecosystem that embodies our premium brand experience, amplifies cultural relevance, and turns every touchpoint into a visual and emotional statement that our audience can relate to and finds meaningful. You will be the creative heartbeat behind Bitpandaâs new social strategy, translating our premium positioning into best-in-class content, while building and mentoring a growing team of creatives. This role is the key creative counterpart to our leadership team and the go-to person for everything that combines storytelling, design, and cultural impact.  What youâll doÂ
Develop and own the creative vision and content identity for Bitpandaâs social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, X) Translate Bitpandaâs brand evolution into scroll-stopping, channel-native concepts, campaigns, and storytelling frameworks Lead and grow a high-performing in-house creative team of content creators, editors & designers, and copywriters and direct external contributors and agencies Oversee end-to-end content creation processes across ideation, production, post-production and publishing while ensuring brand consistency and platform relevance Act as creative partner to executive stakeholders, ensuring our social presence reflects Bitpandaâs ambitions and innovation culture
 Who you areÂ
You bring 6+ years of creative leadership experience in social-first content, brand storytelling, or digital campaign development (agency or in-house) You have strong experience with short-form video content and understand the culture, tonality and mechanisms of social media like a native (especially TikTok, Reels & Shorts) You combine conceptual creativity with visual intelligence â from bold aesthetic ideas to attention-grabbing hooks and narrative arcs You have a track record of managing creative teams, empowering talent and scaling creative output without sacrificing quality You bring fluent English and German (additional languages are a plus) and the ability to present, pitch and collaborate across teams with clarity and impact
