Help lead the conceptual development of brand experience and experiential projects from brief to activation. Originate bold, insight-driven ideas that translate brand and business objectives into compelling experiences. Partner closely with Creative Director and Client Leads to shape creative platforms and experiential strategies. Guide and inspire designers and specialist collaborators, ensuring ideas are executed with clarity and craft. Work collaboratively with production teams and external partners to ensure creative intent carries through to final delivery. Present concepts confidently to clients, clearly articulating creative rationale and experience vision. Ensure all work meets a high creative standard, balancing ambition with feasibility and production realities. Act as a senior creative voice within the studio, helping raise the bar across projects and pitches. Serve as a connector across disciplines, ensuring alignment, clarity and creative consistency throughout delivery.

  Your Skills

Experience of working in brand experience/experiential at a senior level. Fluent in the usual software such as Adobe CC, PowerPoint, Keynote You’re a do’er as well as a thinker, happy to put pen to paper when needed to shape ideas and set the creative standard. You enjoy the thrill of presenting to clients and colleagues. Proactive and enthusiastic, you’re at the forefront of design, cultural, and technology trends, bringing fresh inspiration and innovation into the studio. A team player who leaves ego at the door, happy to roll sleeves up. Passionate, agile and cool under pressure. You’re organised with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership. You believe you’re only as good as your next piece of work.
