VHS is a fast-paced environment which values independent thinkers. Whilst the CRM Manager will report into the Head of Marketing, s/he will have high levels of autonomy, responsible for driving a strategy that delivers timely interactions at each stage of the player lifecycle. The conversion of prospective players and retention of existing will be the focus of this role, guided by a variety of upper and lower funnel objectives.
