CRM Jobs in Web3

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager at NFT Studios, to help the company and its many projects in the web3 space to grow via the acquisition of new customers and the closing of new partnerships.  

Responsibilities and tasks:

• Processing current leads so they transform in new customers for our project based businesses and our soon to be released SaaS business.
• Creation of a Business Development team in the short run.
• Implementation of a CRM.
• Creation of efficient and precise sales processes.
• Input from customers to adjust current offerings accordingly.

Requirements

• +7 years of experience in Sales departments of B2B digital products.
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in managing sales teams.
• Experience working in large companies or fast growing start-ups
• Experience in the definition and interpretation of relevant marketing KPIs.
• Availability to travel regularly.
• Proactivity and “startup” mentality.
• Ambitious, yet good team player.
• Basic knowledge of the cryptocurrencies market.
• Experience and knowledge of NFTs and the Metaverse is appreciated.
• Fluent in English.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
• Full commitment to the project and willingness to go the extra mile.
