We’re looking for a Senior graphic designer with strong marketing design skills to join our video team (part of a creative studio) to elevate our brand, social and paid ads video content.

The Global Creative Team shapes how Binance shows up in the world—developing high-impact campaigns, brand systems and creative assets that communicate innovation, trust, and accessibility at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Design brand and marketing assets across all digital channels: brand, social and paid

  • Collaborate with the brand, creative and paid teams to ensure seamless visual continuity between brand and marketing projects

  • Conceptualise and translate complex ideas (crypto, trading, investing, staking) into clear, compelling visual narratives that resonate with diverse audiences aligned with brand guidelines. 

  • Produce visuals and storyboards for the video team to animate and edit

  • Propose, test and iterating on new design formats based on performance insights 

  • Establish and build relationship with the cross-business partners and stakeholders

  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate and enhance production (image, video)

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a graphic designer (agency, in-house, or startup), with a strong emphasis on marketing design.

  • A strong portfolio showcasing both systematic design work (brand guidelines, component libraries, template systems, documentation) and high-quality creative execution (campaigns, paid, social, etc.)

  • Experience designing for fast-paced marketing teams

  • Ability to take ambiguous briefs and turn them into clear, compelling visual solutions

  • Strong organisational skills and comfort juggling multiple projects with tight timelines.

  • A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional  brand and marketing design work, clear and strategic, creative thinking.

  • Mastery of core graphic design fundamentals: typography, colour, layout, hierarchy, and composition.

 

Graphic Design:

  • Full proficiency in Figma (including components and plugins)

  • Clear understanding of animation and motion graphics principals

  • Strong storyboarding / storytelling skills (preparing boards for animation)

  • Strong foundation in composition, typography, and visual aesthetics

  • Hands-on experience with AI tools (Higgsfield, Midjourney, Runway, Kling, or similar AI)

  • A strong point of view on brand and visual storytelling

  • Create and maintain reusable templates and brand assets that empower marketing, social, and cross-functional teams to move quickly without sacrificing quality

Performance expertise:

  • Strong understanding of paid media algorithms and platform-specific formats

  • Solid understanding of performance marketing or conversion-focused design

  • Experience working with hook-driven storytelling frameworks

  • Strong visual awareness and up-to-date trend sensitivity

 

Good to have skills:

  • Animation or motion / editing  experience

  • Illustration or iconography experience

  • UX/UI design  experience
