Blockchain.com is the world's leading software platform for digital assets. Offering the largest production blockchain platform in the world, we share the passion to code, create, and ultimately build an open, accessible and fair financial future, one piece of software at a time.

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Senior Marketing & Community Manager to join our team at Blockchain.com. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing crypto scale up, and be based in our central London office.

What you will do:

Blockchain.com’s Community Marketing Efforts:

  • Lead the strategy and execution of cultivating Blockchain.com’s community.

Offline Community (Events) & Sourcing Content for Social Media:

  • Set the strategy, planning, and execution of our events to strengthen our presence in key locations (London, Paris, Singapore, Miami).
  • Source and curate content for social media platforms at these events, collaborating with our Growth Marketing Associate.

Online Community:

  • Support the launch and management of an online community forum, fostering discussions and user engagement.
  • Contribute to social media content creation, ensuring alignment with the overall community and marketing strategies.

PR Agency Coordination and Speaking Opportunities:

  • Work alongside our PR Agency and the Head of Growth Marketing to organize speaking opportunities for senior team members at relevant conferences and events.

Podcast Management:

  • Oversee and manage the production of episodes for Blockchain.com’s podcast, working closely with our Co-Founder and Head of Growth Marketing to create and distribute regular and engaging episodes.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify relevant topics and guests.

B2B Marketing Efforts:

  • Occasionally contribute to B2B marketing efforts through events with the B2B Sales Team.

Collaborate with Growth Marketing:

  • This role sits within Blockchain.com’s Growth Marketing Team, and you will often collaborate with the team on ad-hoc projects and product launches, ensuring a cohesive and integrated marketing approach.

Skills we’re looking for:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: you’re comfortable talking to customers, prospective clients, and members of our community.
  • Event Management: You’ve organized events of varying scales, including small community events focused on user feedback and cultivating an engaged audience (either online or offline).
  • Creativity and marketing design skills: You don’t need to be able to design your own assets from scratch (but we’d love it if you could!), but being comfortable with a tool like Canva and producing assets using existing templates.
  • Copywriting: Display excellent written communication skills and the ability to craft engaging and persuasive copy. Experience in writing compelling marketing content across different channels is highly valued.
  • Passion for Crypto: Show a genuine passion for the cryptocurrency industry and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments. Your enthusiasm for crypto will contribute to your ability to create impactful marketing campaigns.

Compensation & Perks

  • Full-time salary based on experience and meaningful equity in an industry-leading company
  • Hybrid model: Awesome office location in the heart of London
  • Unlimited vacation policy; work hard and take time when you need it
  • Apple equipment
  • The opportunity to be a key player and build your career at a rapidly expanding, global technology company in an emerging field
  • Flexible work culture
