As Product Designer, you will be responsible for the full design lifecycle across the Loopscale app. You will work closely with the founders and engineering team to shape user experiences that are both powerful and easy to use. This is a high-impact role for someone with strong product instincts, refined visual taste, and the ability to move fast from idea to execution.
We are headquartered in New York City. This role requires working full-time from our New York City office.

What Youâll Do
Lead product design across the Loopscale app, collaborating closely with our founders and engineering team to ship user experiences that achieve business and user goals
Own the full design lifecycle from UX flows and wireframes to polished, high-fidelity mockups
Expand and maintain a scalable design system across product surfaces
Quickly iterate on user flows, wireframes, and prototypes based on internal and user feedback
Occasionally support brand and marketing design work
Simplify complex financial products into clear, approachable user experiences
What Weâre Looking For
A portfolio that demonstrates attention to detail and a track record of shipping tasteful, user-focused product designs
2â5 years of experience in product design or adjacent roles
Proficiency in Figma and comfort working from low-fi to production-ready designs
Strong instincts for product thinking and user experience
Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment, including driving judgement for the right product direction with limited oversight, requirements, or data
Excellent communication and writing skills
An understanding (or desire to understand!) DeFi and financial markets
Nice-to-Haves
Experience designing fintech, crypto, or DeFi interfaces
Familiarity with popular Solana DeFi protocols, mechanics, and user flows

The base salary range for this role is $110,000-$140,000 with a total compensation of up to $180,000. Our comprehensive compensation plan also includes the following benefits for our full time employees:
