Estamos buscando una persona para el rol de Senior Talent Development que quiera unirse al equipo de People y venga a liderar el desarrollo profesional de nuestros empleados. - Asegurar que los programas de Talent Development estén alineados y funcionen como facilitadores de los objetivos estratégicos de la compañía.
- Planificar y ejecutar proyectos de Talent Development como performance management, talent planning, que se alineen al día a día del negocio.
- Planificar y dar seguimiento de capacitaciones.
- Crear una cultura de learning y de recognition.

- Una persona con experiencia en posiciones similares en donde te haya tocado tener que ser referente del área de Desarrollo y Capacitación y con experiencia en la evolución de estructuras de nivelación, programas de desarrollo de desempeño y programas de desarrollo de liderazgo.
- Que puedas acompañar a los líderes a pensar en diferentes formas para mejorar el compromiso de los equipos.
- Traes sólida experiencia en el diseño y ejecución de Career Path.
- Vas ayudarnos a asegurar que nuestro proceso de Performance Cycle y programas de desarrollo estén alineados a nuestra cultura.
- Vas a identificar las necesidades que tienen los equipos respecto a temas de capacitación para luego poder desarrollar programas que le permita seguir desarrollándose.
- Es clave que te gusten las métricas para porder medir y reportar los KPI del área de Learning & Development.
- Vas a tener un doble sombrero y actuar como people partner de los equipos corporate.
