Please come join us!<br><br><strong>Requirements<br></strong><ul><li>Collaborate with marketing, communications, designers, agency partners, external resources, copy and partners. </li><li>Produce transformative storytelling executions and experiences that reflect and elevate brand DNA and standards.</li><li>Establish the conceptual, stylistic and visual direction for design and orchestrating the work of internal staff, global marketing partners and anyone else who is involved in the development of a project or campaign. </li><li>Design with versatility and constantly seek new and innovative ways to elevate customer experience, globally.</li><li>Utilize regional and global data to elevate consumer experiences through art and copy.</li><li>Understand the full consumer journey, product value proposition, competitive space to optimize brand and channel performance.</li><li>Build teams, production processes and define the production discipline, while working towards bringing the brand vision to life.</li><li>Maintain overall marketing and project timelines to track all activities and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.</li><li>Optimize templates and critical metrics to communicate our overall contribution and drive accountability/performance optimization.</li><li>Work closely with multiple stakeholders from marketing and creative leadership to operational and production partners streamlining creative development, ensuring the brand vision executes successfully.</li><li>Design processes and procedures to help operationalize workflow, prioritization, resourcing, and production on-boarding.</li><li>Possess a demonstrated knack for how to craft a story or concept so it's got teeth--you know how to shape culture, not just react to it.</li><li>Building a strong bank of freelancers and creative production partners across all production disciplines such as animation, illustration, print, photography and film to tap into when needed.</li><li>Understand the art of design to direct and give credible feedback to a group of talented designers (in a wide range of disciplines, such as graphic design, motion, digital, video, editing, etc.) as they bring these concepts to life in a variety of formats.</li><li>Have a clear understanding of the story above all else, and how to ensure our most differentiated and breakthrough stories always come through.</li><li>Have an infectious passion for creative excellence on a daily basis and ensure the work is produced in line with the higher standards of quality.</li><li>Establish a ready-made set of corporate templates, assets, and toolkits to drive brand consistency and scaling of global production methods.</li><li>Serve as the senior level connection point for the Production team between Creative, Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, Project Management and other cross functional partners.</li><li>Introduce and oversee the roll out of tools to support the creative and production vision.</li><li>Set metrics to measure success (brand health/brand reach, global revenue).</li><li>Communicate strategy, across assets: linear, digital (web, mobile & social), marketing communications, GBT PR and brand development activities across the organization.</li><li>Oversee the development of global marketing assets to ensure global brand consistency.</li><li>Create compelling strategic insights, inspire creativity, and partner with the discipline leads across the global marketing team to achieve the ENF goals.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Who You Are:</strong> <ul><li>BFA in graphic design, visual communications, or another relevant field.</li><li>Mastery of software applications such as Adobe Creative Suite, Powerpoint, Figma, and Canva. Knowledge of HTML is a plus. </li><li>10+ years of experience as a writing creative in a marketing, advertising, agency and/or in a corporate environment.</li><li>5+ years of experience managing teams.</li><li>A strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to produce strategically-led creative across multiple channels, integrated campaigns and showing best in class solutions.
