Role:-
Senior Marketing Manager, Institutional - Full Time W2
Salary Range:-
$145,000 - $190,000
Location:-Fully Remote (USA)
Overview:-
This role will deliver impactful, strategic and innovative marketing programs to facilitate customer engagement and revenue growth across our institutional business. We are seeking a growth-minded B2B marketer with experience in crypto and/or financial services to help implement our marketing strategy across web, email, social, ads, and events. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the digital asset and blockchain space. This role is remote (United States) and reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.
Responsibilities:-

  • Develop and execute a cohesive marketing strategy across brand awareness, paid and earned media, and lead generation to accelerate Prometheum’s institutional sales pipeline
  • Execute and optimize search ads, paid social ads, newsletter sponsorships, and display ads.
  • Work with our creative and content team to develop compelling lead generation content
  • Spearhead the development of marketing collateral to support the institutional team’s sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Work with the marketing team to rapidly and iteratively test messaging and improve campaign conversion rates
  • Interact closely with the sales team to develop and deliver on the marketing strategies defined for the institutional line of business
  • Identify key events that Prometheum should attend and lead event marketing efforts
  • Build strong relationships with partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders

Qualifications:-
  • 7+ years experience in B2B marketing at a financial services/fintech company
  • Experience marketing crypto, digital asset, or blockchain products and services
  • Analytical skills to help track, measure and interpret success/strategy of marketing programs.
  • Experience leading event marketing initiatives
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment with diverse priorities
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading and editing
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work well with senior management
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. financial markets
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc) is a plus
  • Nice to have: experience working in a regulated industry
