Mods assist and guide customers to the right answers, solve concerns and are the GPS for customers to understand and optimize the best use of a client's product or services. Project gigs are available now and more are on the horizon.

You will be doing engagement moderation and content moderation.

Project Hours (Pacific Time):
5 am - 6 am, 9 am - 10 am, 3 pm - 5 pm, 9 pm - 10 pm
Monday - Sunday

Hourly Rate:
To be discussed in the interview phase

Commitment:
5 hours per week

What We Are Looking For:

    • Professional English proficiency
    • Familiar with NFTs and the crypto/blockchain space
    • Familiar with scammer and phishing tactics in this space
    • Able to identify what links not to click on, etc.
    • Moderation experience in Discord
    • Ability to go off-script and craft custom responses that are thoughtful, helpful, well-written, and on-brand
    • Loves fashion, art and creativity, fashion-forward

WorkSpace Requirements:

    • Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above
    • Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on the phone
