This is a full-time position based in Singapore.

About the team

The People team takes care of Cake DeFi’s greatest asset, itso people. As culture custodians, we ensure that every team member is fully aligned with our DNA. We try our best to set every team member up for success. From candidate experience, to employee lifecycle, to onboarding, to performance reviews, the People team’s impact is keenly felt across the whole organization.

We have one of the lowest attrition rates in the industry. We’ve built a team that works hard, appreciates each other, and loves what we do. Our job is to grow, retain the team, and never settle.

What you’ll do:

  • Support the HR and Talent Acquisition teams on administrative matters
  • Maintain our job advertisements on various websites
  • Support the TA team in the scheduling of interviews
  • Drive the interview process forward, ensuring interview feedback is entered on time, and accurately
  • Manage the visa matters for the team
  • Drive the onboarding process from the time a candidate accepts the job verbally
  • Once you're settled, be constantly looking for ways to make the team work better
  • There will be ample opportunities to take on scopes and projects beyond day to day admin, should you be keen on doing so

What you’ll need:

  • At least 1 year experience with HR administration matters
  • Experience working in growth stage tech-focused businesses
  • Knowledge of Singapore's employment policies and regulations
  • An understanding of the crypto space will be very advantageous
  • Able to function independently and in a team environment, with excellent collaboration skills.
  • Track record of being meticulous and accurate, working with sensitive information that have no room for error
  • Be able to present and articulate ideas
  • Fluency in English is required.
