Who You Are:

As a Community Manager, you are responsible for the community’s happiness. This includes being the face of the brand, delivering important announcements with clarity, addressing any community’s concern and increasing community engagement.

Our ideal candidate has exceptional communication skills and knows how to manage a company’s social media presence. You turn ideas and content into social media campaigns, online features and marketing activations. You are the voice of our brand on our most important communication channels. Strong and clear communication with our core team and our community members will be crucial to success in this role.

You are responsible for developing, guiding and monitoring the brand’s presence across
multiple social media platforms while guaranteeing the tone of the brand. You need to have great conversational writing skills to interact with our community and publish
our content on our various social platforms.

Ultimately, you are responsible for maintaining a strong online voice and brand consistent with
our marketing goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the client and team on strategy and creative direction.
  • Work with the client and team to determine content and timing with an emphasis on reinforcing key message points, product releases, events, campaigns and fun engaging content with the community.
  • Build positive relationships with the client's online and offline community by driving quality conversations.
  • Publish announcements and content that meets the client's communication >

  • Organize Twitter Spaces and Discord AMA Sessions with the community.
