About the role
As Design Lead at Melon, youâll:
- Maintain the quality and the creativity of design projects - ensure the brand is expressed at its best through our product, communication channels, and social media
- Manage design resources of the company, working with agencies and contractors
- Lead design development of the Melon Website and App
- Help Partnerships with ideas and designs to help boost the closing rate of deals
- Work with community & social team to elevate the quality of social and community facing content
The role will need you to be equally comfortable creating designs yourself and managing other designers and agencies. Itâs an opportunity to shape the business while working closely with the founding team.
The role is remote, with the option to meet up with the team for social events.
About you
- You have experience creating and/or leading the development of visual content, graphics and animations for marketing content (preferably in a NFT/Crypto company)
- You have experience managing people, tools and relationships
- Youâre passionate about empowering creators - whether itâs artists, photographers, gamers, athletes, or celebrities
- Youâre comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Youâre based in a UK or European time zone
Qualifications
- 3+ years working in design
- A strong design portfolio to showcase your creativity and familiarity with Crypto / NFT designing
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, and Figma or equivalents
- An interest in social media platforms and trends in content creation would be useful
