About Pearl Talent

Pearl works with the top 1% of candidates from around the world and connects them with the best startups in the US and EU. Our clients have raised over $5B in aggregate and are backed by companies like OpenAI, a16z, and Founders Fund. They’re looking for the sharpest, hungriest candidates who they can consistently promote and work with over many years. Candidates we’ve hired have been flown out to the US and EU to work with their clients, and even promoted to roles that match folks onshore in the US.

Hear why we exist, what we believe in, and who we’re building for:

Why Work with Us?

We’re not just another recruiting firm—we focus on placing candidates with exceptional US and EU founders who prioritize the long-term success of their team members. We also provide retention bonuses at 3, 6, 9, and 12 months, as well as community-driven benefits like an annual retreat.

About the Client

The client is a Web3-native capital advisory and financial services firm that operates where founders build—on X, Telegram, and deep in the crypto ecosystem. They don’t operate like a traditional firm. Their culture values speed, precision, and discretion. Backed by veterans from both TradFi and DeFi, the client supports founders who are building the infrastructure of tomorrow’s internet.

They don’t pitch blindly. They connect intentionally, build trust fast, and close high-value partnerships quietly and efficiently. You won’t find them in mass email threads—you’ll find them in alpha group chats and Telegram deal rooms.

About the Role

We’re hiring a crypto-fluent, high-signal Business Development Representative (BDR) who lives and breathes Web3 culture. You’ll lead outbound prospecting across Telegram, X (Twitter), and emerging crypto channels to surface promising founders, drive conversations, and build a qualified pipeline of leads for the core team.

This role requires sharp instincts, clean copy, fast execution, and a feel for the culture. You’ll write DMs that convert, track leads like a closer, and serve as the front door to Full Sail’s next deal flow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run outbound lead gen across Telegram, Twitter DMs, and founder communities
  • Build and manage a lead tracker with notes, outreach stage, and next steps
  • Monitor funding announcements, drops, and CT signals to inform outreach
  • Craft and iterate cold outreach templates, objection-handling scripts, and warm-up content
  • Join founder calls or prep briefs as needed, including key follow-ups
  • Collaborate with leadership on refining pitch language and lead criteria
  • Track and report on outbound volume, engagement, and conversion metrics
  • Source and score promising projects, founders, and intros aligned with the client’s thesis

Must-Haves

  • 1+ years of experience in outbound experience in fintech, SaaS, or venture/startup settings
  • Exceptional writing and copy instincts—short, sharp, credible outreach
  • Self-managed, responsive, and outcome-oriented
  • High integrity, professional tone, and deep respect for founder time

Nice-to-Haves

  • Prior experience at a crypto-native startup, fund, or protocol
  • Engaged with top-tier Web3 communities, newsletters, or influencers
  • Data- or experiment-driven mindset for tracking DM tests and conversions
  • Memes fluent, but serious when it matters

What We Offer

  • Competitive monthly compensation
  • Performance-based bonuses tied to company milestones
  • Direct exposure to founders, strategic initiatives, and business direction
  • A high-trust, remote-first culture built around speed, growth, and ownership
  • The opportunity to shape a growing startup’s systems from the inside out
