We're seeking an experienced and strategic GTM Talent Partner to join our growing Talent Acquisition team, reporting to the VP of People. In this role, you will be a trusted advisor to hiring managers, lead full-cycle recruitment processes, and contribute to shaping the future of Kiln's workforce. Strategic Talent Acquisition

Partner closely with hiring managers in the Go to Marktet team to understand their team needs, craft compelling job descriptions, and define hiring strategies.
GTM teams at Kiln include marketing, customer, partnership, sales, technical sales
Lead full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding exceptional talent.
Proactively build and maintain strong talent pipelines for key roles, ensuring the ability to scale rapidly as business needs evolve.
Leverage data-driven insights to identify talent trends, improve hiring processes, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.

Ensure every candidate, regardless of hiring outcome, has a world-class experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, guiding them through the interview process and providing timely updates.
Provide thoughtful feedback to both candidates and hiring teams to support continuous improvement.

Employer Branding
Partner with Marketing to develop campaigns highlighting Kiln’s culture, values, and employee value proposition.
Create and share engaging content on professional platforms to amplify Kiln’s employer brand.

Team Collaboration & Advisory
Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, coaching them on recruitment best practices and candidate evaluation techniques.
Collaborate with the People Operations team to ensure seamless onboarding experiences.

Process Optimization
Continuously refine hiring workflows to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
Proven experience in hiring go-to-market people (4+ years) in a full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition role, ideally within tech or startup environments.
Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, recruitment tools, and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Ashby).
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with leadership, hiring managers and candidates.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
A data-driven mindset, leveraging insights to optimize hiring strategies and inform decisions.
Preferred Skills
Experience hiring for roles in Web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency sectors.
Familiarity with global recruitment practices, particularly in Europe, North America, and Asia.
A passion for employer branding and building diverse teams.
Experience using Ashby.
French speaking.
