We're seeking an experienced and strategic GTM Talent Partner to join our growing Talent Acquisition team, reporting to the VP of People. In this role, you will be a trusted advisor to hiring managers, lead full-cycle recruitment processes, and contribute to shaping the future of Kiln's workforce. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in building and scaling our teams while creating exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Talent Acquisition

    • Partner closely with hiring managers in the Go to Marktet team to understand their team needs, craft compelling job descriptions, and define hiring strategies.

      • GTM teams at Kiln include marketing, customer, partnership, sales, technical sales

    • Lead full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding exceptional talent.

    • Proactively build and maintain strong talent pipelines for key roles, ensuring the ability to scale rapidly as business needs evolve.

    • Leverage data-driven insights to identify talent trends, improve hiring processes, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.

  • Candidate Experience

    • Ensure every candidate, regardless of hiring outcome, has a world-class experience throughout the recruitment journey.

    • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, guiding them through the interview process and providing timely updates.

    • Provide thoughtful feedback to both candidates and hiring teams to support continuous improvement.

  • Employer Branding

    • Partner with Marketing to develop campaigns highlighting Kiln’s culture, values, and employee value proposition.

    • Create and share engaging content on professional platforms to amplify Kiln’s employer brand.

  • Team Collaboration & Advisory

    • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, coaching them on recruitment best practices and candidate evaluation techniques.

    • Collaborate with the People Operations team to ensure seamless onboarding experiences.

  • Process Optimization

    • Continuously refine hiring workflows to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

    • Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hiring go-to-market people (4+ years) in a full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition role, ideally within tech or startup environments.

  • Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, recruitment tools, and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Ashby).

  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with leadership, hiring managers and candidates.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.

  • A data-driven mindset, leveraging insights to optimize hiring strategies and inform decisions.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience hiring for roles in Web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency sectors.

  • Familiarity with global recruitment practices, particularly in Europe, North America, and Asia.

  • A passion for employer branding and building diverse teams.

  • Experience using Ashby.

  • French speaking.
