Global brands are interested in venturing into NFTs to establish new connections with their fans. RECUR is seeking a Finance Manager to join its team full-time. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team, where you will be focused on managing and executing with RECUR’s Finance team.

What you will do at RECUR

• Build RECUR’s Finance team, with a specific focus on the FP&A function
• Drive FP&A process creation to support RECUR’s leadership in strategic decision making around new products, features, verticals, and more, as the team rapidly scales
• Develop flexible and informative financial models to influence product decisions and accountability across the company
• Enhance RECUR’s budgeting process, including producing departmental annual plans to support a company-wide strategic financial plan that aligns with company business objectives
• Create and maintain comprehensive and dynamic financial models and conduct quarterly forecasting to report on to management
• Provide meaningful financial metrics to enable management to evaluate new product offerings, pricing, and product marketing, informed by RECUR’s long-term strategy
• Build out and foster collaboration across Finance team functions to understand company financial trends and drivers
• Collaborate with all teams, including Brand, Product, Engineering, and IT, to track business performance, deploy effective controls on expenses, and identify financial risks and opportunities
• Communicate detailed insights around revenue and expenses to management

What you bring to RECUR

• 5+ years of Finance and FP&A experience in a technology company
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business, Master's degree a plus
• Proficiency with industry-standard financial tools and software
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
• Experience developing and clearly communicating complex financial models
• Ability to distill information and build clear and concise presentations
• Strong communication skills with peers and senior leadership
• Ability to effectively elicit feedback from management team and quickly integrate it into work product
