Asymmetric Research ("AR") is a boutique security venture focused on deep partnerships with L1/L2 blockchains and DeFi protocols to keep them safe. We specialize in four core domains of Web3 security: research, engineering, incident response, and infrastructure services.

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling of all internal/external audits

  • Scoping new assessments and partnering with internal/external parties

  • Handling MSAs/SOWs for audit work

  • Resource allocation planning for audit workloads


Requirements:

  • Have 3-5 years of previous experience in project management. Have experience building and implementing organizational systems. Be able to show and defend a strong track record of performance.

  • Ideally have a PMP certification or equivalent experience in developing project management expertise.

  • Be collaborative. Your work cannot be done in a vacuum and will require a strong desire to work in functional teams, take input, and keep moving outcomes forward.

  • They will seek opportunities. They will not just wait for direction from their manager but constantly look for ways to add value, solve problems, improve their teammates’ lives, and ultimately draw attention to issues they believe are underserved.
