They are looking to redefine the trading experience on Solana with Bullet, which boasts 3ms trade execution latency, thousands of TPS and a full featured perps and spot DEX.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented React Native Developer to help us deliver a sleek, responsive and functional trading front-end for mobile (and web). If you've traded on or previously built consumer-facing financial applications you'll understand the need for similarly ergonomic mobile-native UI/UX to make its way to DeFi applications like Bullet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the front-end team to deliver the mobile app using React Native (iOS and Android) as well as the core React web app.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to build a seamless trading experience.
- Implement clean, scalable UI/UX optimized for retail users and high-conversion onboarding flows.
- Ensure performance, responsiveness, and reliability under high user load.
- Integrate with APIs for trading, analytics, authentication, and notifications.
- Implement features like real-time price updates, price charting, portfolio tracking, and simplified order placement.
- Debug issues, write tests, and maintain a strong deployment pipeline.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of production React Native experience.
- Experience with Expo.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React hooks.
- Experience with push notifications, deep linking and app store deployment.
- Experience integrating REST and WebSocket APIs.
- UI animation experience (Reanimated, Lottie, etc.).
- A strong appreciation for design and UX.
- Robust understanding of mobile app architecture and security best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience building consumer fintech, trading or DeFi apps.
- Exposure to onboarding flows and user education in apps.
- Experience with WASM and related tooling.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Sentry and Amplitude.
