We are looking for a Team Lead for our core Golang team who can lead developers and oversee assigned products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of backend developers (Golang)
- Architectural design of new services and improving existing solutions
- Participation in the architectural committee
- Enhancing the performance of a cryptocurrency exchange in the context of a volatile market
- Ensuring code quality through reviews
- Ensuring high availability and fault tolerance of services
- Debugging, testing, and optimizing services
- Collaborating with other teams (testing, DevOps, product teams)
- Developing processes and culture
- Extensive backend development experience of at least 5 years
- Experience in team management for at least 2 years
