CHIC is a meticulously planned and highly innovative international NFT project, boasting an elite and international team composition. The founder of CHIC Cosmonaut hails from Taiwan, placing significant emphasis on international law, particularly crypto law. The project undergoes thorough analysis by an in-house cryptographic legal advisor, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards set by SEC/EU/JP governments. While CHIC Cosmonaut is still finalizing funding and, consequently, not engaged in registration or KYC/AML processes, utmost attention is given to this aspect.

CHIC differentiates itself from typical cryptocurrency exchanges and NFT spaces, positioning itself as a corporate institution based on NFT projects (prototype).

Benefits

In the position of CFO and Co-Founder, you will enjoy specific stock allocations. Details regarding the allocation will be discussed confidentially in the post-registration shareholder agreement. The Token Equity Model for 2021-2022 will not be applicable, and dividend distribution will follow traditional methods. However, as a Co-Founder, you hold proposal rights concerning stock allocation, influencing profit and bonus distribution.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, we seek candidates with the following qualifications:

✅ Advanced expertise in cryptocurrency, Fintech, and NFTs

✅ Specialized capabilities in handling Japan's cryptographic taxation (Crypto/NFT)

✅ JICPA-certified accountant

✅ Advanced cross-cultural communication skills

✅ Skills or background in startup financing support

✅ Desirable experience in Web3/DeFi/NFT projects or companies

✅ Adaptability to startup instability, high flexibility, and incomplete governance structures

✅ Proficiency in operating CoinTracker and Safe Multisignature Wallet

✅ Financial management and evaluation skills

✅ Understanding of Fintech restrictions in financial regulations (critical)

✅ Understanding of communication and coordination with C-level executives

✅ Understanding of different financial management models between Corp. and DAO

✅ Passion for international business and emerging trends, with the ability to envision and capture future trends
