About the opportunity:

We are looking for an Events Lead who can join us along this mission and vision. You’ll become an integral part of the Branding team, which sets the overarching purpose, mission, and vision of WOO, giving clarity and basic guidelines for other teams to operate in. Interested? Keep on reading!

What you’ll be working on:

• Crafting a global events strategy encompassing industry conferences, retail & institutional events, and community meetups.
• Collaborating with local markets and brand teams to execute the global strategy, amplifying brand awareness around the world.
• Focusing on prioritizing event activations in the Asia-Pacific region, working closely with APAC teams for maximum impact.
• Analysing event performance, delivering ROI reports, and using data to continuously refine and improve the events strategy.
• Identifying and onboarding agencies and team members as needed to ensure seamless implementation and growth of the events strategy, achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) along the way.

About you:

• A seasoned event professional with 3+ years of experience in the Web3 space.
• An end-to-end event execution maestro - from planning and logistics to running the event and reporting on its impact.
• Leading a small events team is a plus, but a proven ability to excel and a passion for taking ownership are essential.
• You've built a strong network of vendors and event contacts in the blockchain industry, which would be a huge bonus.
• You're a crypto enthusiast with a deep understanding of the market and its trends.
• Experience managing budgets and timelines for large-scale events.
• You're a whiz with data analysis tools and love turning insights into actionable strategies.
