About the Opportunity
What Youâll Be Doing
- Conduct research to identify prominent international projects in NFTs, DeFi, and growth tools.
- Initiate competitor analysis and market research to gather insights on product performance and propose strategies for product enhancement.
- Identify cutting-edge projects, explore innovative approaches, and develop product strategies, with a particular emphasis on leveraging growth mechanisms to attract new users.
- Design decentralized peer-to-peer products, planning, organizing, and delivering new features with an international perspective, targeting both end users and Dapp projects to strengthen the Discover's product positioning as a two-sided platform.
- Develop innovative Web3 growth tools integrated into the entire wallet to better meet the daily needs of Web3 users.
- Actively gather feedback from internal and external stakeholders and present/promote potentially promising ideas/functions to enhance cross-departmental collaboration (including but not limited to Business Development, Operations, and Product Marketing) and amplify the impact of the product as a whole.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to address any issues encountered during product development, ensuring timely project completion.
What We Look For In You
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Proven ability to develop product strategies and good problem solving skills
- Have a keen sense of trends and user needs in DeFi and Blockchain, with the agility to respond quickly to market shifts.
- Passionate in Crypto, DeFI, and NFT, demonstrate strong learning ability and curiosity and able to actively provide or initiate strategy to support the product needs
- Familiar with most DeFi protocols, NFT platform, and a good understanding of Web3 growth tools as well as current trending growth mechanisms etc.
- Experience in smart contracts and blockchain programming is preferred.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese.
