We are looking for a Technical Product Support Intern who is passionate about Web3 technology and wants to develop their technical writing skills by creating cutting edge content and easy to follow user documentation. This is a great opportunity for aspiring professionals and students to gain first hand exposure in web3 while working along one of the industries top teams!
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Learn about the Avalanche ecosystem and related web3 user products, dApps, and 3rd party services available on the platform
- Attend weekly Product team meetings to learn about workflows and execution frameworks in a professional environment
- Assist with creation, and refinement, of existing user support documents found on support.avax.network
- Assist with Product Marketing team collaborations by proposing social media campaign ideas aimed at ecosystem product users
- Create weekly messaging/content to be featured on the Avalanche Product Support Twitter
- Interact with our user groups (i.e., Defi/NFT/GameFi) on Twitter, Discord and other social channels
- Learn from and identify improvements within our team SOP documentation
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Educational or professional background in a Computer Science, Marketing or related discipline
- Cursory understanding of blockchain industry landscape
- Hands on experience as a user of dApps in the web3 space
- Familiarity with Google Suite, Twitter, Slack, Confluence and/or similar platforms
- Ability to understand and follow web3 user documentation
- Technical and/or social media copywriting skills
- Passion for crypto/web3 and eagerness to consume latest news and developments
- Helpdesk and developer tools like GitHub, Docusaurus or Intercom are a plus
