A Glimpse into Your Future at WOO

• What will you be working on?
  • Own the data and analysis for growth funnels and channels and identify and share insights that will impact growth strategies
  • Understand funnels, ecosystems, user behaviors, and long-term trends in the adoption of our products to identity
  • opportunities for step-changes and angle changes in growth.
  • Lead the product understanding process using data to identify opportunities to remove friction and accelerate growth and market adoption of our products.
  • Influence and inform product teams through presentation of data-based recommendations.
  • Planning report structures, making metrics visually appealing and easy to understand, and automating the reporting process in our BI system
  • Find patterns in lead and customer data to inform targeting, segmentation, and lead scoring/routing strategies
  • Measure the impact of growth experiments end-to-end

• Who will you be working with?
  • Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Product, Risk, and Operations

• What challenges will you face?

• What tech stacks/skills will you be using?
• Strong competency with SQL
• Experience working with statistical techniques, and algorithms
• Experience with data governance.
• Experience interacting with employees of all levels to present technical data in a non-technical manner.
